The role includes assisting in concept development, preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, detailed drawings, and 3D models, while ensuring that all drawings are accurate and comply with applicable building regulations and project requirements. The Junior Architect shall coordinate with the senior architect, structural consultants, MEP consultants, draftsmen, and site engineers to ensure smooth project development and timely completion of drawings. The role also includes site visits and inspections, taking site measurements, preparing site-related drawings, checking work against approved drawings, identifying discrepancies, and reporting site progress or issues to the senior architect. The Junior Architect shall assist in preparing local body approval drawings and documentation,



material and finish selections, presentations, BOQ-related information, and client presentations as required. They are also expected to maintain proper project files, drawing revisions, and documentation, incorporate design changes based on client and senior architect instructions, and ensure that all assigned work is completed accurately and within the required timeline while maintaining the firm's quality and skilled standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
