Prism Stone is hiring experienced professionals for an International Voice Process – Insurance role supporting Zurich.

The role requires candidates with prior international voice experience, excellent English communication, and strong customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls related to insurance.

- Understand and resolve customer queries effectively.

- Provide accurate information as per process guidelines.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and quality.

- Record and update customer interactions accurately.

- Achieve defined process performance and productivity targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate qualification.

- Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.

- Excellent English communication skills.





- Strong customer service orientation.

- Comfortable working in UK shifts.

- Willing to work from Phursungi, Pune.
