About the Role

Glora Diamonds is looking for a highly energetic, proactive and sales-driven CRM & Sales Executive who can take ownership of customer leads from the first enquiry until the final sale.

The primary objective of this role is straightforward: bring customers into the showroom, convert enquiries into walk-ins, and convert walk-ins into sales.

This is a dynamic role combining CRM, telecalling, WhatsApp sales, customer follow-ups and on-floor jewellery sales. We are looking for someone who is comfortable taking initiative rather than waiting for customers to walk into the store.

Key Responsibilities

- Actively follow up with new and existing customer leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert Instagram, website, WhatsApp and other enquiries into showroom walk-ins and appointments.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with customers who have visited the showroom but have not yet purchased.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery based on their budget, occasion and preferences.
- Handle on-floor sales and work towards individual and showroom sales targets.
- Prepare and communicate price estimates/quotations for custom jewellery orders through WhatsApp.
- Coordinate internally for custom orders, pricing, product availability and delivery timelines.
- Re-engage previous customers and leads for new collections, occasions and relevant campaigns.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
- Maintain accurate CRM records including customer requirements, follow-up dates, quotations, appointments and outcomes.




- Take ownership of assigned leads and ensure that no genuine sales opportunity is lost due to lack of follow-up.
- Work closely with the Store Manager and Founder to identify opportunities to increase walk-ins, conversions and overall showroom revenue.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly sales-oriented and target driven
- Excellent at communicating and building relationships with customers
- Confident with telecalling and persistent follow-ups
- Comfortable selling through WhatsApp as well as face-to-face
- Energetic and confident on the showroom floor
- Able to understand jewellery pricing and prepare customer estimates after training
- Organised enough to manage multiple customers and follow-ups simultaneously
- Proactive — someone who actively looks for opportunities to generate business
- Comfortable being measured on walk-ins generated, conversions and sales achieved
- Previous experience in jewellery, luxury retail, premium retail, CRM or high-value sales is preferred

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will primarily be measured through:

Customer Leads → Follow-ups → Appointments/Walk-ins → Conversion → Sales Revenue

The successful candidate should be able to consistently generate showroom visits from existing leads and contribute directly towards achieving the store's monthly sales target.

Ideal Candidate

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, following up consistently and closing sales. We are not looking for someone who only manages CRM data or waits for showroom walk-ins.

We want someone who can create sales opportunities, bring customers into the showroom, build relationships and convert them into revenue.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
