Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day site execution, manpower and material requirements, quality and safety standards, and timely completion of assigned work.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, workers, vendors and the Project In-Charge to ensure that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedule.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

- Supervise and monitor daily site execution activities.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and instructions.
- Plan daily activities and allocate work to site teams and contractors.
- Monitor work progress and resolve day-to-day site issues.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors and other site personnel.

2. Quality & Safety Control

- Ensure execution of work as per defined quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify quality issues.
- Ensure timely rectification of defective or non-conforming work.
- Implement and monitor site safety procedures.
- Ensure workers use appropriate PPE and follow safety practices.

3. Labour & Material Management

- Manage and deploy manpower according to project requirements.
- Monitor labour productivity and work output.




- Coordinate material requirements with stores/procurement teams.
- Ensure proper handling, storage and utilization of materials.
- Minimize material wastage and monitor material consumption.

4. Schedule & Target Achievement

- Ensure assigned activities are completed within the planned schedule.
- Set daily and weekly work targets for the site team.
- Monitor actual progress against planned targets.
- Identify potential delays and take corrective action.
- Escalate manpower, material or technical constraints to the Project In-Charge.

5. Coordination & Reporting

- Coordinate with the Project Manager/Project In-Charge, contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Maintain site records, measurements, inspection reports and other documentation.
- Attend site meetings and provide updates on project progress.
- Ensure smooth coordination between various site activities.

Candidate Profile

- 5–7 years of relevant site execution experience.
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or relevant engineering discipline.
- Strong knowledge of site execution and supervision.
- Experience in handling labour, contractors and material requirements.
- Good understanding of quality and safety practices.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve project deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
