Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development & Sales Executive with 0–2 years of experience in the IT sector to drive business growth, generate leads, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients for IT products and services.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, product/service presentations, and follow-ups.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects,



and activities in CRM.

Requirements:

- 0–2 years of IT sales / IT business development experience.
- Candidates from non-IT sales backgrounds are not preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or technology products.
- Strong lead-generation and client-handling skills.
- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident.
