Velavan Motorcycles – Royal Enfield Dealership is looking for customer-focused Service Consultants with EV / Electric 2-Wheeler service experience.

Job Location: Nandanam,Chennai.
Experience: 1–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / Any Degree – Automobile preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer service enquiries and vehicle complaints
- Understand and explain EV-related technical concerns to customers
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians
- Provide service estimates and delivery updates
- Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
- Promote service packages, AMC, RSA, EW and other value-added services

Preferred Profile:

- EV / Electric 2-Wheeler service experience preferred




- Automobile Service Advisor / Service Consultant experience will be an advantage
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Robust coordination and follow-up ability
- Target-oriented with good service knowledge

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
