Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Collection Executives to join our Collections & Recovery team for a Hindi Voice Process.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in NBFC, Fintech, Banking, Digital Lending, Loan Collections, or Debt Recovery. Candidates with hands-on experience handling 90+ DPD (Days Past Due) delinquent accounts will be strongly preferred.

NBFC/Fintech collection experience is mandatory. Freshers and candidates without relevant collection experience are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle assigned 90+ DPD delinquent loan accounts through outbound Hindi voice calls.
- Contact customers regarding overdue EMIs, outstanding dues, and repayment commitments.
- Follow up on Promise-to-Pay (PTP) and ensure committed payments are received within the agreed timeline.
- Negotiate with customers and identify suitable repayment solutions to maximize recovery.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Handle customer objections, payment issues, and disputes professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer commitments, follow-ups, and payment status in the CRM.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on broken PTPs and high-risk delinquent accounts.
- Escalate unresolved or critical customer/account issues to the appropriate internal team.
- Follow company collection policies and applicable RBI/Fair Practices Code (FPC) and ethical collection practices.

Required Skills & Experience





- Minimum 1 year of experience in NBFC/Fintech/Banking collections or loan recovery.
- Experience in Tele Collections / Voice Collections is preferred.
- Experience handling 90+ DPD / hard-bucket delinquent accounts is highly preferred.
- Strong Hindi communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of EMI, overdue amounts, DPD, PTP, delinquency, and loan recovery processes.
- Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
