Accounting & Billing-:

- Prepare and manage invoices and billing records
- Assist in maintaining daily financial transactions
- Record sales, expenses, and payments accurately
- Support in basic bookkeeping activities

Financial Coordination-:

- Maintain and update financial data in Excel or accounting software
- Assist in preparing quotations and verifying billing details
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates
- Handle basic documentation related to accounts

Reporting & Tracking-:

- Maintain daily financial reports and records
- Track payments, pending invoices, and expenses
- Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries
- Ensure proper record-keeping and documentation

Required Skills-:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- Familiarity with MS Excel & MS Word




- Positive numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn accounting tools/software (like Tally – basic knowledge is a plus)
- Good organizational skills

Preferred Candidate Profile-:

- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting background
- Basic understanding of billing and financial processes
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions
- Good time management and discipline

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
