Key Responsibilities

- Client Interaction & Service:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, onboarding, and operational updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring prompt resolution of operational issues and high customer satisfaction.
- Translate client requirements into actionable operational workflows.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Maintain, clean, and organize large operational datasets daily using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
- Analyze operational metrics and trends to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for performance improvement.
- Generate weekly and monthly operational reports and dashboards for internal management and external clients.
- Operations & Process Management:
- Monitor daily operational workflows to ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and project timelines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, IT, Support) to align operational execution with client expectations.




- Identify opportunities to automate manual data tasks and standardize standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Experience: [1–3] years of experience in operations, client relationship management, or data reporting.
- Technical Skills:
- Advanced MS Excel skills are required (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Index/Match, charts, basic macros/VBA is a plus).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) or CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client interactions.
- Robust problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹10,847.49 - ₹31,700.36 per month
