- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products, services, offers, and other details to customers.
- Generate leads through telephone calls and follow up regularly.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, customer details, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments/site visits with interested customers.
- Follow up with customers until the enquiry is converted or closed.
- Coordinate with the Sales/Marketing team regarding leads and customer requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and lead-generation targets.
- Prepare regular reports on calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
