We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day finance activities while also assisting with marketing initiatives, campaigns, client coordination, and business development activities.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial records, invoices, expenses, and payment details.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and accounting records.
- Assist in preparing invoices, quotations, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding payments and outstanding dues.
- Support budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Assist the accounts team during audits and statutory compliance activities.

Marketing Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage and update social media platforms and marketing content.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external agencies for marketing activities.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Generate marketing reports and track campaign performance.
- Support lead generation and business development activities.
- Assist in preparing presentations, brochures, proposals, and other marketing materials.




- Maintain customer and lead databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and contribute ideas to improve brand visibility.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounts, Marketing, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of basic accounting and financial processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, or similar tools is preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance/Marketing), or a related field.

- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
