JOB DESCRIPTION – LOAN PROCESS EXECUTIVE

Position: Loan Process Executive
Department: Loan / Finance

Reports To: Loan Manager / Branch Manager

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Loan Process Executive to handle customer loan applications, documentation, verification, follow-ups, and coordination with banks/NBFCs to ensure smooth and timely loan processing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle customer enquiries related to loan products and eligibility.
- Collect and verify required customer documents.
- Process loan applications accurately and within timelines.
- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, customers, and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending documents and loan applications.
- Check application details and identify missing or incorrect information.
- Coordinate for customer verification and field verification when required.
- Track loan applications from login to approval and disbursement.
- Maintain proper records of loan applications and documents.
- Update customers regarding loan status and requirements.
- Achieve assigned loan processing and business targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.




- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to loan applications and processing.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for issues.

EDUCATION

Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Preferred: B.Com, BBA, BMS, MBA, Finance or related field.

EXPERIENCE

- Fresher: Can be considered based on communication and learning ability.
- Experienced: 1–3 years in loan processing, banking, finance, sales, or NBFC operations preferred.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, target-oriented, confident, and good at follow-up and documentation, with the ability to manage multiple loan applications efficiently.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
