Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the PDF Accessibility team.
- Allocate work, monitor productivity, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Perform PDF remediation using Adobe Acrobat Pro, CommonLook PDF, or similar accessibility tools.
- Validate accessible PDFs using PAC (PDF Accessibility Checker), screen readers, and manual testing.
- Ensure compliance with:
- WCAG 2.1/2.2
- PDF/UA (ISO 14289)
- Section 508
- ADA accessibility requirements
- Review team members' work and maintain high quality standards.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to team members.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and QA teams.
- Prepare project status reports and productivity metrics.
- Resolve technical issues related to PDF accessibility and remediation.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of PDF Accessibility standards.
- Expertise in Adobe Acrobat Pro.




- Experience with CommonLook PDF (preferred).
- Knowledge of WCAG, PDF/UA, Section 508, and ARIA concepts.
- Experience with screen readers such as JAWS, NVDA, or VoiceOver.
- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and client interaction skills.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- 5–8 years of experience in PDF Accessibility or Digital Accessibility.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
- Accessibility certifications (IAAP CPACC, WAS, or equivalent) are an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
