Job Description – Showroom Manager Job Title: Showroom Manager Department: Sales & Operations Industry: Trading / Automobile Employment Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 10 years Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a relevant field Location: Punkunnam, Thrissur Salary: ₹45,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Showroom Manager with a minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in the trading or automobile industry, to manage showroom operations, sales, customer relationships, inventory, and team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent sales knowledge, customer-handling ability, and proven experience in achieving business targets. Key Responsibilities - Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Lead, supervise, and motivate showroom sales and support staff. - Monitor individual and team sales performance. - Handle key customers and maintain strong customer relationships. - Manage customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and sales conversions. - Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively. - Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, accounts, service teams, and management. - Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and showroom displays. - Ensure proper product presentation and showroom maintenance. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.



- Monitor competitors, market trends, and pricing. - Ensure proper billing, documentation, cash handling, and daily closing procedures. - Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance and training. - Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. - Identify opportunities to increase sales, customer base, and profitability. - Report showroom performance and business updates to senior management. Required Skills - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in showroom/retail/trading/automobile operations. - Strong leadership and team-management skills. - Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. - Strong sales, negotiation, and business-development abilities. - Good knowledge of showroom and inventory management. - Target-oriented and result-driven approach. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and POS/ERP systems. - Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure. Preferred Candidate - Candidates with 10+ years of experience in Trading or Automobile Showroom Management will be preferred. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Experience managing sales teams and showroom operations. - Solid local market and customer relationship knowledge. - Candidates who can join immediately will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
