Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding selected candidates.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment reports and candidate databases.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.




- 2–3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter (IT/Non-IT as per requirement).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
