About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SFDC Support Engineer to provide Level 2 (L2) Salesforce support, handle escalations, perform advanced troubleshooting, and ensure the stability and operational integrity of Salesforce applications.
Salesforce expertise is mandatory, while exposure to Anaplan is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support to CRM users globally and work closely with Engineering teams to maintain production system stability.
- Act as an escalation point for L1 support and handle complex incidents and problem management activities.
- Provide application support and administration, including incident resolution and problem management follow-up based on SOPs, Run Books, and Knowledge Articles.
- Configure, support, and provide subject matter expertise for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Manage and customize users, roles, profiles, groups, accounts, contacts, record types, sharing rules, custom objects, picklists, and page layouts.
- Perform approved data mapping and data import activities into Salesforce CRM.
- Create, develop, and customize reports and dashboards for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Provide field-level access to users as required.
- Create and update Salesforce Flows to support business requirements.
- Support AppExchange applications and Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems.
- Monitor and resolve SFDC tickets within defined SLA timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues by analyzing problems, researching solutions, implementing fixes, and escalating unresolved issues appropriately.
- Identify recurring ticket trends and implement solutions to reduce repeat incidents.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, optimize, and automate business processes.
- Identify risks, maintain clear documentation, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve escalations.
- Develop and maintain data insights to support monitoring and scaling of business processes.
- Good to Have: Support or collaborate on Anaplan-related activities, including integrations, data flows, and model understanding.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree with 2–3 years of Salesforce Administration and L2 Application/System Support experience.
- Hands-on Salesforce (SFDC) experience is mandatory.
- Strong experience supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce data models, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong understanding of business logic and business processes.
- Experience managing Salesforce users, data, security, roles, profiles, and access controls.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, particularly in an L2 support environment.
- Experience with Data Loader and Salesforce data management tools.
- Experience creating and configuring Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and AppExchange applications is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a global support environment.
- Anaplan exposure is a plus / good to have.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
