- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media channels.
- Client Engagement: Conduct needs-analysis calls and product demonstrations to understand customer pain points and present tailored solutions.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions to secure recent business while maintaining healthy company profit margins.




- Relationship Management: Maintain consistent follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage retention, and look for upselling opportunities.
- Pipeline Tracking: Update and manage all sales activities, communications, and customer data accurately within our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to align messaging and improve client onboarding.
