HR Executive – Recruitment

Trend Line Media is looking for an HR Executive – Recruitment to manage candidate sourcing and recruitment activities for our growing team.

Job Responsibilities

- Recruit candidates for Tele Callers, Video Editors, Graphic Designers, and other positions.
- Source candidates through job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and recruitment updates.
- Maintain basic candidate and recruitment records.
- Support the company’s day-to-day recruitment activities.

Requirements

- BBA / MBA graduates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates from Tamil Nadu preferred.
- Tamil speakers are required.




- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with candidates.

Work Location: Work From Home
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
