Job Description:

A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing project sites to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Their key responsibilities include:

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per drawings, BOQ, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
- Monitor installation of modular furniture, hospital furniture, corporate furniture, residential furniture, and related works.
- Ensure proper measurements, alignment, finishing, and quality of work at site.
- Read and understand 2D/3D drawings and coordinate execution accordingly.
- Maintain daily site progress reports, manpower records, material requirements, and work updates.
- Coordinate material receipt, storage, movement, and usage at site.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, tools, and materials.




- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Engineer for timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with site safety rules, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
- Monitor work progress against the project schedule and report delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure housekeeping and discipline at the workplace.
- Take measurements and assist in preparing work completion and measurement reports.
- Coordinate with clients/site representatives for day-to-day execution requirements.

Experience:

- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision, furniture installation, fabrication, interior, or project execution.
- Candidates with relevant modular furniture/site execution experience will be preferred.

Qualification:

- ITI / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Furniture, or related field.
- Relevant site experience will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
