About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive to drive lead conversion and client acquisition for our architecture, interior, and smart home projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and follow up on leads for architecture, interior, and smart home projects
- Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present suitable solutions
- Prepare and negotiate quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure smooth client handovers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preference for Marketing/Business)
- 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, interior, or construction industry
- Strong negotiation and client relationship skills
- Valuable communication skills in English and Tamil

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
