We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day interior project execution at site. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, vendors, and clients to ensure projects are completed according to the approved designs, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior execution and site activities.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, vendors, and workers.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and other interior works.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Track project progress and ensure timelines are met.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Take measurements and verify completed work.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of materials.
- Maintain daily site reports and update project progress.
- Ensure proper safety, cleanliness, and discipline at the site.
- Coordinate with clients during site visits and address basic site-related queries.




- Report delays, material requirements, quality issues, and other concerns to the project manager/design team.
- Ensure proper handover of completed work.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution/site supervision.
- Good knowledge of interior construction and finishing works.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
- Robust knowledge of carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Good vendor and labour coordination skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
