Job Summary

The Soft Skills Trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance students' communication, interpersonal, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and employability skills. The trainer will support the holistic development of students in alignment with the objectives of the Central Board of Secondary Education and the school's educational goals.

Key Responsibilities Training and Development

- Design, plan, and deliver soft skills training sessions for students.
- Conduct workshops on communication skills, personality development, leadership, teamwork, time management, and emotional intelligence.
- Develop activities, role-plays, group discussions, and presentations to promote practical learning.
- Integrate life skills and employability skills into training programs.

Student Engagement

- Motivate students to develop confidence, self-awareness, and positive attitudes.
- Encourage active participation and collaborative learning.
- Provide guidance on public speaking, presentation skills, and professional etiquette.
- Support students in building career readiness and workplace competencies.

Assessment and Evaluation

- Assess students' progress through observations, activities, presentations, and feedback sessions.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide individualized coaching where necessary.
- Maintain records of student participation and development.

Career and Life Skills Development

- Conduct sessions on interview skills, resume writing, goal setting, and career planning.




- Promote critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Help students develop adaptability, resilience, and responsible citizenship.

Administrative Duties

- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and activity schedules.
- Maintain training records and submit reports as required.
- Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to support student development programs.
- Participate in school events, workshops, parent interactions, and co-curricular activities.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, English, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of life skills, personality development, and student counseling techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Certification in Soft Skills Training, Life Skills Education, Career Guidance, or Training & Development.
- Experience working with school students in a CBSE or similar educational workplace.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
