Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operational excellence while driving continuous improvement initiatives. 1. Enhance Operational Systems By Utilizing Emc Isilon And Ibm Spectrum Scale To Facilitate Improved Management Reporting, Streamline Information Flow, And Optimize Business Processes.
2. Analyze Client Requirements And Ensure The Support Team Effectively Meets Client Expectations While Utilizing Netapp File Storage Solutions For Data Management.
3. Lead And Mentor The Project Team, Ensuring Transparent Communication Of Project Goals And Fostering Collaboration Within Emc Isilon Environments.

Drive Innovation In Process Development By Leveraging Best Practices In Support Operations And Integrating Current Technologies To Enhance Service Delivery.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Operational Capabilities, Resulting In Measurable Business Outcomes.
