Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through outbound calls, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and other lead-generation channels.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate software solutions.
- Conduct professional product presentations and software demonstrations for prospective customers.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and value proposition.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
- Prepare and share customized quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the implementation, technical, and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify current business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, B2B Sales preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and present technology solutions effectively.
- Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Basic understanding of business software and IT solutions.
