Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate leads through telephone calls, online enquiries and follow-ups.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer information, call records and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team for quotations and customer requirements.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confident and pleasant telephone conversation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to follow up consistently and generate leads.
- Basic computer knowledge, MS Office and email.
- Knowledge of industrial automation products will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn industrial automation products.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
