Job Description

ZAKKAA Home Decor is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to strengthen its dealer network and drive business growth across Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Develop and expand dealer, distributor and retailer networks.
- Identify new markets and business development opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key dealers and channel partners.
- Lead and motivate the sales team across the region.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and customer trends.
- Ensure strong product availability and market penetration.
- Develop sales plans, forecasts and performance reports.
- Coordinate with management to implement regional growth strategies.





Candidate Profile

- Graduate with 7–15 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in home appliances, electronics, electrical products or consumer durables.
- Strong dealer/distributor network and channel-sales experience.
- Positive understanding of the Gujarat market, particularly Ahmedabad and surrounding markets.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong business development and target-achievement mindset.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
