Job Summary

OPAA Realty is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for architectural design, working drawings, 2D/3D layouts, site coordination, and ensuring that designs are executed as per approved drawings and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.
- Prepare and modify drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs as required for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare detailed drawings for execution and coordinate with the site team.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
- Conduct site visits and ensure execution is as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Take measurements and prepare drawings based on site conditions.
- Review drawings and identify design or execution-related issues.
- Prepare material, finish, and specification details wherever required.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Make revisions based on client and management requirements.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, and project documentation.
- Support the project team during execution and resolve design-related queries.
- Ensure projects are completed according to the required quality, design,



and timelines.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in architecture, construction, real estate, or interior projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Photoshop, or similar software will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and materials.
- Positive knowledge of building planning and site execution.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in residential / commercial real estate projects will be preferred.
- Experience with working drawings and site execution.
- Knowledge of local building practices and approval requirements.
- Candidates from Noida / Greater Noida / Delhi-NCR will be preferred.
- Should be willing to travel for site visits when required.
