We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our team of Direct Sales Agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all branch operations related to direct sales, driving sales performance, and fostering a high-achieving sales culture. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in sales management, team development, and achieving ambitious sales targets. You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and ensuring exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve branch and individual sales targets for direct sales agents.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Direct Sales Agents, providing ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop recent direct sales agents to expand the team and meet business growth objectives.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against set targets, implementing corrective actions as needed.




- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the direct sales operations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive business development and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs.
- Manage branch resources efficiently, including budgeting, operational costs, and administrative tasks related to direct sales.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management.
- Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues or sales challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Organize and lead regular sales meetings to review performance, share best practices, and reinforce sales strategies.
