Sales Executive – Influencer Marketing

Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive with experience in Influencer Marketing to drive new business, acquire brands and clients, and generate revenue through influencer marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients and brands for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Understand client marketing objectives and recommend suitable influencer marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and campaign pitches.
- Coordinate with internal influencer/content teams to develop relevant campaign solutions.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to pitching, negotiation, closure, and client handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and agencies.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, creators, platforms, and brand requirements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in Influencer Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Media, or related industries.
- Existing experience or understanding of influencer marketing and brand campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident in client meetings, pitching, and business discussions.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and solid in follow-ups.
- Ability to build relationships and convert leads into business.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and the creator ecosystem will be an advantage.
