Sun Shaper Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead / Sales Head to drive sales growth and lead the sales team across assigned locations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field sales, team handling, lead generation, customer acquisition, target achievement, and sales strategy. Solar industry experience will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Generate new business through field visits, referrals, networking, leads and other channels.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and closure.
- Guide sales executives in customer meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups.
- Conduct field visits and support the team in closing high-value or challenging deals.
- Track individual and team performance and prepare regular reports.
- Identify recent markets, customer segments and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with customers,



channel partners and stakeholders.
- Train and mentor sales team members on products, sales techniques and customer handling.
- Coordinate with operations, installation, finance and customer support teams.
- Handle customer queries, objections, negotiations and escalations professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer/sales data and CRM records.
- Analyse market and competitor activity and recommend suitable sales strategies.
- Take ownership of overall team performance and business growth.

Preferred Candidates

- Candidates with strong field sales experience
- Professionals who have led or managed a sales team
- Candidates from the solar/renewable energy industry is mandatory
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong local market knowledge and customer-handling skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
