Job Description – QA (Quality Assurance)

Position: QA (Quality Assurance)

Experience: 12–15 Years

Last Salary: ₹80,000 CTC per month

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the complete quality assurance process for garment production.

- Ensure products meet company quality standards and buyer requirements.

- Conduct quality inspections at different stages of production.

- Monitor fabric, trims, stitching, finishing, measurements and workmanship.

- Identify quality issues, analyse root causes and implement corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising and Sampling teams to resolve quality-related issues.

- Conduct inline, mid-line and final inspections.

- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality manuals and approved samples.

- Maintain quality inspection reports and documentation.

- Handle buyer complaints and take necessary corrective/preventive actions.





- Guide and train the quality team to improve overall product quality.

- Ensure timely completion of production without compromising quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

- 12–15 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance / Garment Quality.

- Robust experience in Garment Export / Export House, preferably woven garments.

- Good knowledge of garment inspection procedures and quality standards.

- Strong knowledge of AQL, inline inspection and final inspection.

- Ability to identify defects and implement effective corrective actions.

- Good leadership, communication and team-management skills.

- Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced export-house environment.

Salary

Last Drawn Salary: ₹80,000 CTC/month

Salary will be discussed based on experience, skills and interview performance.
