Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer – Finishing to manage billing, quantity estimation, measurements, cost control, and commercial documentation for finishing works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate contractor billing, monitoring project quantities, and coordinating with project, site, procurement, and accounts teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, verify, and certify RA Bills, final bills, measurement sheets, and quantity statements for finishing works.
- Independently handle billing and quantity measurement for plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, doors, windows, sanitary works, and other finishing activities.
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, estimates, and cost projections.
- Verify contractor/subcontractor bills against approved BOQ, drawings, specifications, work orders, and actual site measurements.
- Maintain detailed records of work orders, measurements, bills, variations, material reconciliation, and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, contractors, consultants,



vendors, and Accounts team for billing and commercial matters.
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control, budget tracking, and reconciliation.
- Review architectural and finishing drawings to ensure accurate quantity calculations and execution as per specifications.
- Prepare and maintain monthly billing and cost reports for management review.
- Support final account settlement, reconciliation, and project closure.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in billing, quantity surveying, and finishing works.
- Robust practical knowledge of BOQ, RA Billing, Quantity Take-off, Rate Analysis, and Cost Estimation.
- Good understanding of construction and finishing activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of billing/quantity-surveying software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
