Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our business clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. The Customer Relationship Executive will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and business growth through strategic engagement and effective communication.

Duties :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their unique needs and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise client value and retention.
- Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports on client activity and sales performance.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and confidence.
- Analyse client data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement or growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client expectations.
- Provide leadership within the team by sharing insights, mentoring junior staff, and promoting best practices in client management.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform strategic planning.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in B2B sales or relationship management, preferably within a similar industry.
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders confidently.
- Organized with strong time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset.
