Senior Accounts Executive

About the Company

K.N. Elettro Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a growing manufacturing company specializing in electrical and industrial products. We are looking for a skilled and responsible Accounts Executive who can independently manage compliance, daily accounting, and financial processes with strong expertise in accounting software systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete handling of GST compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, ITC matching, return filing)
- Managing TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and return filing
- Maintaining accurate books of accounts
- Bank reconciliation & vendor reconciliation
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Processing payments and monitoring cash flow
- Preparing MIS reports and financial summaries
- Coordinating with CA for audits and finalization




- Ensuring timely compliance with Income Tax and statutory regulations
- Maintaining proper documentation and financial records
- Having knowledge and understanding of final accounts

Mandatory Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance
- Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite (Mandatory)
- Experience working on ERP systems
- Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Experience handling audits and compliance documentation
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred

- Experience in manufacturing industry
- Ability to independently manage end-to-end accounting operations
- Strong internal control and payment management experience
