- Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, resolve grievances, and organize team-building events to maintain high morale.
- Operations & Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential digital and physical compliance files .
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure company operations align with local labor laws and assist in managing statutory compliances (e.g., PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity).
- Offboarding & Exit Processing: Manage the full exit cycle, including conducting exit interviews, issuing experience letters, and coordinating full-and-final (FnF) settlements.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
