We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our event management team, playing a key role in shaping the visual identity of our events from concept to execution. .

Requirements

- Designing promotional materials such as invitations, banners, brochures, social media graphics, and digital ads, as well as creating on-site signage, stage backdrops, booth designs, and branded event collateral.
- Developing event branding — including logos, color palettes, and visual themes tailored to each client's needs — collaborating with the events and marketing teams and clients to bring concepts to life, designing presentation decks for client pitches, preparing print-ready files, and coordinating with vendors and printers, all while managing multiple projects and ensuring brand consistency across digital and physical touchpoints.
- 2+ years of relevant design experience — ideally in events, hospitality, or marketing — and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with Canva and After Effects skills a plus.
- A strong portfolio showing branding, print,



and digital work, solid understanding of print production processes, excellent time-management skills, strong communication and feedback-receptiveness, and a keen eye for layout, typography, and color are essential.
- Experience with large-scale events or exhibitions, motion graphics, 3D design, signage/wayfinding design, or direct client interaction is a plus.

Qualification

- 3D models of event LED Wall layouts, including floor plans, stages, seating arrangements, and decorative elements.
- 3D MAYA,ADOBE,PHOTOSHOP,ILLUSTRATOR,PREMIER PRO, animation experience need
- Qualification in BA Animation & Graphic Designing/Multimedia

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
