Job Summary

We are looking for a Venture Studio Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the venture studio and support early-stage startups from idea validation to investment readiness and growth.

The role involves working closely with startup founders and coordinating with mentors, investors, industry experts, strategic partners, and other ecosystem stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent execution capabilities, and a genuine interest in building and scaling new ventures.

Key ResponsibilitiesVenture Development

- Identify and evaluate promising startup ideas, business opportunities, and emerging ventures.
- Work closely with founders to develop business models, go-to-market strategies, growth plans, and execution roadmaps.
- Support startups in validating ideas, identifying opportunities, solving business challenges, and achieving key milestones.
- Assist founders in preparing their ventures for fundraising and investment readiness.

Founder & Ecosystem Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, mentors, investors, industry experts, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Identify and connect startups with relevant mentors, investors, experts, and strategic partners.
- Facilitate meaningful introductions and collaborations that create value for the studio and its portfolio ventures.
- Build partnerships and explore opportunities that strengthen the venture studio ecosystem.

Operations & Execution

- Manage the day-to-day operations, activities, and initiatives of the venture studio.
- Track venture progress, milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, workshops, mentoring sessions,



and investor interactions.
- Ensure timely follow-up and execution of action items across multiple ventures.
- Prepare venture updates, reports, presentations, and management reviews.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience working with startup founders, early-stage companies, incubators, accelerators, venture studios, or entrepreneurship ecosystems.
- Good understanding of:
- Startup business models
- Venture building
- Fundraising
- Go-to-market strategy
- Basic finance and venture capital
- Strong communication, presentation, networking, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Excellent execution, coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple ventures, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving setting with ambiguity.
