About Position:

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Agents Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale Generative AI Agent initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project/program management expertise with a solid understanding of GenAI, Agentic AI, AI/ML technologies, and enterprise transformation projects to drive successful outcomes across multiple concurrent engagements.

What You'll Do:

- Lead and manage multiple projects focused on the design, development, and implementation of GenAI Agent solutions.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocation plans, and project schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope,



and aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including GenAI engineers, architects, product managers, and business leaders.
- Facilitate project governance meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
- Mentor and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Monitor project execution, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive adherence to project management best practices, standards, and methodologies.
- Ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle to maintain alignment across teams.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality and delivery excellence.
- Utilize Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies based on project requirements.
- Track project progress, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure successful outcomes.
- Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards to provide visibility into project health and delivery status.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of experience in project or program management within technology-driven environments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GenAI Agents and their enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master,



or other relevant project management certifications.
- Experience managing customer-facing engagements and executive stakeholders.
- Understanding of AI product lifecycle, governance, and deployment frameworks.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem and emerging industry trends.
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable project plans.
- Passion for innovation and driving transformational projects.
- Ability to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable business impact.
