Marketing Executive – College Outreach & Lead Generation

Job Summary
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to manage college outreach activities, conduct student seminars and awareness sessions, and generate leads for our training programs. The role involves regular travel to educational institutions and requires strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

- Visit colleges and educational institutions to promote the company's training programs.
- Build and maintain qualified relationships with college management, placement teams, faculty, and student coordinators.
- Coordinate and conduct seminars, workshops, career awareness sessions, and other student engagement activities.
- Present course information and career opportunities clearly to students.
- Generate and collect qualified leads through college visits and student engagement activities.
- Follow up with leads and coordinate with the admissions/sales team for further conversion.
- Maintain records of college visits, events conducted, leads generated, and follow-ups.




- Identify new colleges and opportunities for institutional outreach.
- Meet assigned targets related to college visits, seminars, and lead generation.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities and campaign results.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, education marketing, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable travelling and visiting colleges regularly.
- Ability to interact confidently with students and institutional representatives.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet assigned targets.
