- Lead the technical and valuation operations of the Zirakpur branch.
- Review and approve property valuation and technical reports for accuracy, quality and compliance.
- Supervise site inspections, measurements, documentation and technical assessments.
- Guide and manage the team of engineers/valuers and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Handle technical queries and coordination with banks, NBFCs and other clients.
- Ensure adherence to applicable valuation standards, client guidelines and internal policies.
- Review complex/high-value cases and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor TAT, report quality and team performance.
- Provide local market intelligence and technical inputs to management.
- Support the branch in developing and maintaining relationships with existing and recent clients.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
