Role - HR Executive
Exp - 2-3 Yrs (Talent Acquisition)
Location - Andheri East

Key Re-sponsibilities:

- Oversee recruitment processes from job postings to employee onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Support performance management, including evaluations and feedback.
- Maintain and update employee records and process HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Administer benefits programs and assist with compensation reviews.
- Coordinate training initiatives and identify employee development needs.




- Generate and analyze HR reports to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 years of HR experience, preferably in HR practices
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Solid communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
