About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Bhopal. This internship is a great opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, and Talent Acquisition.

The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on exposure to day-to-day HR activities in a professional work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the HR team in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and interview scheduling.

Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and HR records.

Assist with joining formalities and basic onboarding activities.

Support HR documentation and maintain employee-related records.





Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Coordinate with candidates and employees for HR-related communication.

Support the HR team in daily HR Operations and administrative activities.

Prepare basic recruitment reports and maintain accurate data.

Learn and assist with various HR processes as assigned by the HR team.
