Job Summary

AMAR CARS PVT LTD is looking for a motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team at Nadiad. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities and ensuring timely hiring for various positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and department heads.
- Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.
- Prepare and post job advertisements on recruitment portals.
- Handle bulk hiring and recruitment drives when required.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding of selected candidates.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and recruitment skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Strong follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring targets.
