Architect

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, consultants, and contractors.
- Promote and present the company’s architectural/building material products to key influencers.
- Generate new business opportunities through architect and project visits.
- Get company products specified in architectural designs, BOQs, tender documents, and projects.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sample displays at architectural firms and project sites.
- Regularly visit architect offices, design studios, builders, contractors, and project sites.
- Identify upcoming projects and maintain a database of project leads.




- Follow up with architects and project decision-makers to convert specifications into sales.
- Coordinate with the sales, technical, design, and commercial teams for project execution.
- Handle product inquiries, quotations, samples, and technical requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and current product developments.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales and project specification targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and prepare reports on meetings, leads, projects, and sales activities.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
