Key Responsibilities

- Cold & Warm Calling: Reach out to new leads via outbound calls or handle incoming queries from interested buyers.
- Pitching Products: Use approved scripts or consultative techniques to explain product benefits and manage objections.
- Closing Sales: Persuade clients to complete purchases, process orders accurately, and secure payments.
- Record Keeping: Update customer details and log call summaries into the company's CRM database.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in business or marketing is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a friendly phone voice.
- Resilience:



Ability to handle rejection calmly and stay motivated under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software

Required Languages - Hindi (Compulsory) , English with other south indian languages .
