About the Role:

Sigma Trucking is seeking 5–7 experienced Freight Brokers to join our growing logistics team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with a strong understanding of freight brokerage operations to contribute to both Drayage and OTR (Over the Road) freight processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow freight brokerage operations for Drayage and OTR shipments.
- Maintain and expand relationships with active clients (minimum 2–3 required).
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and shipment schedules with clients and carriers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in freight brokerage.
- Strong knowledge of freight brokerage operations and processes.
- Experience with both Drayage and OTR freight.
- Must have 2–3 active clients.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Details:

- Salary: Based on experience and productivity (number of active clients).
- Working Days: Monday to Friday.
- Working Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM.
