About The Arch International

The Arch International is an education consultancy based in Indore, helping students achieve their goal of studying abroad. We assist students throughout their journey, from understanding their options and selecting suitable universities and courses to applications, documentation and visa support.

We are growing our team and looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller to join us.

About the Role

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their study-abroad requirements, qualifying leads and booking counselling appointments with our counsellors.

You will be working with leads generated through our marketing campaigns as well as existing enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Respond quickly to new leads and enquiries
- Understand the student's academic background, preferred country, course and intake
- Qualify leads based on their requirements and eligibility
- Explain The Arch International's services clearly
- Answer basic questions about studying abroad
- Follow up regularly with interested students
- Schedule counselling appointments with our counsellors
- Maintain accurate lead information and call notes in our CRM/system
- Track follow-ups and ensure no potential student is missed
- Coordinate with counsellors and the admissions team
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records




- Work towards daily, weekly and monthly targets

- Previous experience in telecalling, sales or education consultancy is an advantage

Your performance will be measured by:

- Number of calls made
- Lead contact rate
- Qualified leads
- Counselling appointments booked
- Follow-up completion
- Lead-to-counselling conversion
- Overall lead conversion

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
