Job Description:-

End-to-end Ownership: Manage shipments from origin to destination.
- Coordination: Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, CHA, and cold-chain partners.
- Logistics Management: Ensure optimal transit times and monitor shipment schedules, delays, and deviations.
- Quality & Compliance: Oversee pre-shipment inspections, phytosanitary certificates, and quality reports.
- Damage Control: Coordinate with shipping lines regarding damaged containers and surveys of damaged goods.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Indian import regulations (Customs, FSSAI, Plant Quarantine, DGFT, etc.).
- Documentation: Maintain accuracy and timeliness of import documentation (BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, Phyto, etc.).
- Cost Control: Optimize freight, port charges, demurrage, and clearance costs to manage landed costs.
- Management Support:



Assist management with margin analysis and pricing decisions.

Candidate Eligibility:-

Education: Graduate degree in Commerce or Supply Chain.

Experience: 4-8 years of direct import experience.- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Salary Bracket:- INR 45,000 - 50,000 per month.
