Prepare and submit client RA bills based on actual work executed.

Prepare measurement sheets, quantity statements, and billing summaries.

Verify quantities as per BOQ, drawings, and site measurements.

Track BOQ quantities, executed quantities, and billed quantities.

Prepare variation / extra-item statements and rate analysis when required.

Prepare and update project schedules and work programs.

Monitor planned vs. actual progress and highlight delays.

Prepare DPR, weekly/monthly progress reports, and MIS.

Prepare look-ahead plans and activity-wise targets.

Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, consultants, and clients for billing and planning requirements.

Maintain proper billing, planning, and project documentation.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel is required; MS Project is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
