Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance Department in Bangalore. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine electrical and mechanical maintenance of plant machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
- Attend to breakdown maintenance and ensure minimum equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in machinery.
- Carry out repair, replacement, servicing, and adjustment of faulty components.
- Monitor machine performance and take corrective action to maintain equipment efficiency and reliability.
- Inspect electrical panels, motors, sensors, switches, wiring, and other electrical components.
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance involving bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, shafts, and related components.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, spare parts, and machine history.
- Follow plant safety procedures, electrical safety standards, and company policies at all times.

- Valuable knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance.
- Good knowledge of Electrical Maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.




- Ability to identify and rectify electrical and mechanical equipment faults.
- Hands-on experience with industrial machinery and maintenance tools.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, motors, sensors, and control panels.
- Ability to read and understand basic electrical and mechanical drawings.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in an Auto Plating Plant will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in automotive manufacturing, plating, fabrication, or other industrial plants may also be considered.
- Exposure to automated production machinery and industrial equipment will be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical trade.
- Relevant technical certification with hands-on industrial experience will also be considered.

Candidate Profile

- 2–3 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
- Practical, hands-on approach to maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in a plant/manufacturing environment.
- Strong focus on safety, quality, and machine uptime.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
